Email…it’s a blessing on one hand…and a curse on the other. Like the one I opened up at midnight from Human Events. Now I’m so wired that all I can do is write. I know I haven’t been doing much of that lately, but hopefully you’ve been getting your “Right Opinion fix” on the radio show which is on Tues. and Thu. From 1:30-3:00 p.m. at: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Mr-Right-Opinion.
And, as if that weren’t enough (well, you can never be right enough), be sure to check out my book “Mr. Right Opinion-Unplugged & Unashamed.” It can be gotten at Amazon and Barnes & Noble online, along with other fine online booksellers. However, the good deal is here: http://www.51756.authorworld.com/. I know the plugs are shameless, but if I don’t do it, who will???
Anyway, I started reading this email about how the Democrats and RINO’s in the Senate tried to ram-rod the Boxer Climate Tax Bill. Just another euphemism for ‘we liberals in Congress want another $1.40 per gallon. That is…ANOTHER ONE DOLLAR FORTY CENTS PER GALLON!!!
Yes, folks, these are the same liberals who just a while back wanted to be elected so badly that they told you they would bring DOWN the cost of fuel. And now, with it already over $4.00/gallon, Senate Democrats want to add another $1.40 tax to your gas bill! America should be IRATE!
As the Dems tried to hide the $1.40 added tax in the Boxer Climate Bill, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was right on it! The Human Events email told the Senator’s story, saying, “McConnell summarized the economic consequences of the Boxer bill by saying: ‘It is, at its heart, a stealth and giant tax on virtually every aspect of industrial and consumer life. It would result in massive job losses. And it seeks to radically alter consumer behavior, without any measurable benefit to the environment in return.’
‘And that's why it's so hard to comprehend the Majority's decision to move to a bill, at the start of the summer driving season, that would raise the price of gas by as much as $1.40 a gallon, home electricity bills by about 44 percent, and natural gas prices by about 20 percent.
‘Overall, it's expected to result in GDP losses totaling as much as $2.9 trillion by 2050.’”
And according to the Human Events email, dated 6/ 13/08, there would be, to pay for this cost of craziness, a “built-in future hit of approximately $29,000 for every single household in the United States!”
This is unfathomable, and must be stopped! Thank God for leaders like Sen. McConnell (R-KY), who have been around long enough to see the wool BEFORE it gets pulled over our eyes.
I can only assume that Boxer and the other Democrats in the Senate think that we each have a magic money tree to which we can turn when they want to raise gasoline to $5.50 per gallon on a whim.
No ma’am! I’ll not have it! Not as long as I can type, talk, or communicate in some form. God Bless America despite those who would run it into the ground!

You better look closely at what is going on.
McSame is an awful choice. My goodness, the man walks crippled with the weight of war on his shoulders.
You've got to listen to Obama with an open head.
I am a Registered Republican first voting for Nixon.
I have never voted for a Dem for President.
It's all different now with Obama.
While I won't totally lose my mind and vote Obama, I haven't decided I would vote for McCain, either.
Thanks for writing,
Mike
